835 LONGFELLOW ST

Unlike similar urban renewal projects in this neighborhood, the owner wanted to create a real family home, to include 4 bedrooms and an in-law suite in the cellar. We added an entire 3rd-floor master suite. The main floor was designed to feel expansive. The back was extended to create a larger kitchen, which boasts cabinets imported from Europe and Jenn-Air appliances. The result is a transitional-styled home with exquisite finishes.
