About This Project

The first residential project to break ground on the Buzzard Point area of DC’s southwest waterfront, this 110-unit condominium project helped pave the way for the transformation of the Buzzard Point neighborhood and was a significant contributor to the revitalization of DC’s southwest waterfront. This project is located at the southern tip of the Buzzard Point which is situated at the confluence of the Potomac and Anacostia Rivers. The apartments have stunning water views and private outdoor spaces. Ground floor retail provides a great building and neighborhood amenity.

The architectural services were performed while at Eric Colbert and Associates.
