We were tasked to re-activate the lobby of this historic apartment building and bring it back to its former splendor.
Our main focus was on transforming the space to create an interactive living environment that enriches the end user’s experience, using aesthetics, ensuring function while supporting their activities. We know that most residents and visitors want to experience a welcoming atmosphere and feel relaxed as they transition to their private spaces. We achieved this through the use of regal colors, new furniture groupings and curated art to provide residents with a more inviting and engaging experience.
