4425 HARRISON ST.

This project was a design-build collaboration and involved a 10-foot extension to the rear and the addition of a third floor to create a master suite. The side-yard windows provided the opportunity to transform this modest three-bedroom to a luxury 5-bedroom 3.5 bath residence. We also enhanced the original lines of the front facade projection inspired by the Tudor Revival Style, but with a slightly modern twist.
