Fort Lauderdale is a stunning conceptual mixed-use project designed to be a vibrant hub in the Historic Sistrunk community. Our client’s vision was to create a design that was striking, high quality and modern. The development scope was to design from the ground up a modern apartment building with curated retail on the ground floor and accommodations for parking at the back. The project included the provision of a conceptual design to create the opportunity for the owner to present to the City Commission for Entitlement. The building design will seamlessly integrate and compliment the community’s unique character. High-quality finishes and collaborative retail curation will ensure a statement piece that elevates the neighborhood experience.
