We delivered comprehensive architectural design services that transformed and elevated the property. Our scope of work included the complete renovation of the existing 2-story building, as well as the strategic addition of a 3rd story with rooftop access. This enhancement allowed us to expand and modernize two existing residential units, culminating in the creation of a stunning roof deck that offers a new level of luxury and outdoor living.
