THE ELLIOT

The Elliot is a boutique 19,000 SF luxury condominium designed to harmonize with the architecture of theGeorgetown Historic District. The 4-story building boasts units with almost panoramic views of the neighborhood. Intricate design detailing gives life to five elegant residences, each with its own unique floor plan with oversized windows offering spectacular views of the courtyard and city. The building was constructed using a combination of structural concrete and metal stud framing.
