This project aims to construct a four-story building with 85 residences, prioritizing family occupancy through 94% of its units. It will offer a rooftop community room, a child daycare facility, and a small grocery store, fostering a strong sense of community. The design prioritizes sustainability with a green roof, solar panels, and stormwater management systems, while also creating a high-quality living experience through its modern aesthetic. This project contributes to the Mayor's goal of creating 12,000 affordable housing units by 2025, providing hope to the surrounding neighborhood.
